You must provide accurate information when creating your account
Your account is personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Intellectual Property
All course content — videos, lessons, templates, prompts, code examples, and materials — is owned by Get Psyched Pty Ltd / The Augmented Designer
You may use the materials for your own personal and professional development
You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share course materials publicly
Code you write during the course using our prompts and templates belongs to you

5. Availability
We aim to keep the course platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or restructure course content to keep it current — this is a feature, not a limitation.
6. Disclaimers
The course teaches skills and workflows — we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income, or job results
Third-party tools taught in the course (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub, etc.) are subject to their own terms and may change
Student testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Augmented Designer course, live workshops, online cohorts, and coaching sessions are digital products and intellectual property. Once you purchase, you receive immediate access to the course (including lifetime updates) and your reserved seat in any live program.
All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds.
Why?
The course is the IP you're paying for. Once access is granted, the value has been delivered.
Live workshops and cohorts have strictly limited seats (cohorts capped at 15; workshops capped by venue). Reserving your seat means turning other applicants away.
You don't lose value if you can't attend. All cohort sessions are recorded and saved to your course portal. Workshop attendees who can't make it on the day still keep lifetime course access.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer guarantees. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund) if:
The product is significantly different from its description
The product has a major problem that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
You were unable to access what you paid for due to a fault on our end
If you believe one of these applies, email freya@augmenteddesigner.com with your name, the email you used to purchase, and a description of the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
