We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the course and services. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Some of our third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Slack, Neon) process data on servers outside Australia. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We ensure these providers maintain adequate data protection standards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We aim to keep the course platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or restructure course content to keep it current — this is a feature, not a limitation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If the course isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 14-day period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We'll always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Email freya@augmenteddesigner.com with your name and the email you used to purchase. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
